Well 15 & 21 Blending Facility Project

General Description of Work: The project consists of the construction of new outdoor well pump infrastructure (Well 21) which will tie into the existing Well 15 pump station infrastructure inside the existing building. The project improvements generally consists of installing a new owner furnished submersible pump, above ground pump station piping, below ground piping, and connection to the existing Well 15 above ground pump station piping. Additionally, the project work involves crossing underground utilities, site grading, installing above ground site features, well head appurtenances, extending and relocating the chemical feed system, adding HVAC equipment, electrical and instrumentation coordination, and SCADA integration, and a variety of concrete, aggregate base, site fencing and other civil site improvements.
